I want to thank the contributers from RC ( jansonvp) and the moderator (Lyndel McGEE) for their support and guidance. I accomplished 99% of my goal
(only issue not solved is the toggle on-off power issue (apparently no descrete code) but I can live with that). Thank you. Those codes work great.
