I am reprogramming my rc5200 using touchscreen setup 2.0.4. and I have some jumps to various panels from macros and from buttons and from buttons on home panel.

but these jumps do not seem to get executed. e.g. the remote ends up on the first panel of device, instead of another panel of this device to which I ask it to jump e.g. at the end of a macro. the panels are not marked as templates afaik.

what am I doing wrong?

Add a delay 0.1s right after the jump and see if that does not fix the problem. ;-)

Nope. adding delay does not help.
I tried both with the 'home panels are write protected' box checked and unchecked. No difference. the remote ends up on the first panel of the device.

- device action is empty
- button action is an alias to a macro (the button is on the home panel)
- macro has long sequence of command (power, inputs) and jumps.
- there are several other panels under this device, they are all the ones that I want to jump to (e.g. 'please wait' message and some power toggle workarounds). I tried both hidden and normal panels on these.

the commands are being send but jumps do not happen....

Gotcha!

The problem was that the panels were 'transparent' - there were no buttons on them, only text, so the jumps worked, I just did not see the panels! I noticed the main panel flickering with the rythm of delays, tried inserting a fake button and it worked!

Anyhow, having 0.1 delay after the last jump did help that last jump!

Thanks a lot!

Thank you very much for the complete refresher. It has been a few years and my memory has grown rusty... ;-)

I forgot there had to be a button on each page to make this work.
I used to add a 1 pixel by 1 pixel white button and put in top left corner. I knew I also had to add delays so I always made sure that I added that delay after the last jump.
