Ok, I've tried and tried to figure this out and I cannot figure out how to convert Gimp files to .bmp so I can access on the Pronto TCU6000. Can anyone give me the correct steps for this process. I have no problems with Corel but I can't figure how to do the export on Gimp. Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks.

Before you save it select "Image" from the Menu Bar, "Mode" and "Index" and convert it (you may want to select dithering as well). Then save as .bmp.

Jason, You just made my day!!! What a pain that is if you don't know how to do it. You know I always try to research these types of issues before I send up the white flag but I was out of options.
Thanks again for your help!!
