No, they are completely different remotes. The RU940 is a Pronto Classic (TSU2000), and the RU950 is a Pronto NG (TSU3000).

If you are in the states, you may be able to order a DS from www.servicewidetech.com. I cannot remember if they still stock these or not.

I dont use my docking station anymore. My RC5000 battery is dead, however having a stack of rechargeables does me fine. I get a couple of months per charge.
