Hello,

I recently purchased a Pronto remote and the "write protected" setting has been enabled. Is there a way to reset the remote without hooking it up to a Pronto Edit software? I appreciate any help I can get...I am very new to this and am running a mac, which as I read makes it just a little more difficult!

[Link: giantlaser.com] is a Java-based config editor that may work with your OS of the Mac.

Tonto will also work better with various brands of USB-Serial adapters.
