Will my remote have to learn my new sony blueray remote and my new LG hdtv, the code for LG that are in the remote are not fully working.. Please help me on this..

Learning is not that difficult, really. Read the FAQs about learning. Fresh batteries all around, no fluorescents, out of the sun (in fact, semi-dark is best), push button for about a half second, try the command, relearn any that don't work.

Yeah, this is part of what I do for a living, but I've found learning to be a very reliable way to get the remote commands. In fact, unless there's a ccf, I always learn the codes, then look for others not on the remote, such as direct commands for, say, Video 6, also known as discrete commands.

Don't use the method where the remote is connected to the computer and you learn through the remote into the computer. This has been called flaky and unreliable for years. As I understand it, it will work great sometimes, others not at all. Since so much of this is working in the dark, so to speak, it's best to avoid a step known to be unreliable.
