Can anyone help me with a support email for Marantz. My RC9200 has a cracked glass and I wanted to contact them about repairing it. I have sent 2 emails to their European support address per their website and they have not had the courtesy to respond.
Pathetic
Any help would be appreciated.

I'd contact here in the US www.servicewidetech.com and ask them who the EU support facility is.
