I have a TS-2000 and have just bought a new computer with Vista. The original TS-2000 cord I have has a serial connection but the new computer only has USB ports. Is there a cord with USB or do I need an adapter and how could I get either. I appreciate any help.

You should look at the FAQ and search it for USB->Serial adapters. Specifically, Keyspan.

sorry I just read your message. I did not get my problem solved. I tried the Keyspan adapter but it isn't working. I may be doing something wrong. Please let me know if it worked for you. Thanks.
