Ok here is my problem I need to have access to the volume Hard buttons regardless of the device I am using it is a pain in the butt having to go back to the reciever menu all the time I have tried copying over the button layout to the other devices but I am then told that it is an invalig config Using Ravedit BTW any help would be appreciated

Never used Ravedit, but I assume it's about the same. Under the "Home" device in the menu tree, and "properties", assign your hard button codes. They will then be global, unless you over ride them (assign different codes) in device properties for a specific device.

well that almost worked what I did was copy the HEX from the reciever to all the components that I wanted Volume control on and that worked The Global thing should have worked but It Did Not so I still thank you Jim because it sent me in a different direction some times trial and error is the best........
