I have 2 problems.

1. Although the time is correct on the emulater when I transfer it to my RC500 the time is wrong.

2. When I turn on the remote it goes to the TV page I want it to go to the HOME page how do I do this.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRIECIATED

1. You have to set the time on the remote. It is not automatically set by your PC.

2. It will always "wake up" to the last screen you were on. If you wish to have it always go to some other screen, make that page jump a part of your system shutdown macro. And no, there is no way to set a timer to make it go to a specific page at a specific time.

To crystallize Daniel's response...

Even though the Marantz remotes show a clock, the Marantz RC5000/5000i do not support timers.

You change the time by holding the remote icon on the screen for about 3-5 seconds at which point you will enter the setup screen. However, if you've flagged your configuration as Write Protected (FAQ) using TSS, I'm not sure you can enter setup.

Even write protected you can set the time, you just can't get to the Mode menu.
