I've been having this error with my Pronto Pro TSU6000
I can "upload" FROM the ProntoPro with no problem.
But trying to "Download" TO the ProntoPro, it connects to the Pronto and then I get this error
"Error downloading configuration into RC device"
I've even gone to setup and did a Revert back to default settings, and still doesn't work.
Any thoughts? Ideas? Is the device just broken? I've had it for like 3 years or so or 4, so I'm sure it's out of warrenty.

Ok well that's very annoying. I've had this problem for the longest time, to the point my device is outdated.
So I posted up this post for help. Then I just unplugged all the cables and re-plugged them in and now it works. lol
Oh well, I'll just leave this post here in case someone else gets the error one day.
