I have a TSU6000 that seems to be having reliability problems. I am using the RF adapter, but the signals don't seem to go through very often. The adapter is mounted on the entertainment center next to the center channel. It is not buried by any means. Any thoughts on this?

What happens if you move the RF extender away from the Center channel. I suspect that you are getting Electro-Magnetic Field (EMF) interference.

You should also do a search on this forum since the dawn of time for +RF +Extender +problems and read up on the various items that are there. You can also visit [Link: remotequest.com] for tips on using the RF extender.

You should make sure the Receiver is away from any cable or satellite boxes.

Thank you both for your responses. I'll try a different location then having it next to the center channel. What is odd, is that everything worked great for quite a while, but now seems to be an intermittent problem. As I said, thought that the batteries might not be having a full charge, but new battery pack didn't fix the problem.
Yeti, no cable or Sat boxes to mess things up in this setup.
thanks.

I had a similar problem when I sat the extender on my sub woofer. It would work for a few weeks then suddenyly only work when the Pronto was very close to the Extender. It now sits on a table but it still sometimes happens.

You might not get too many people reading this as you have posted on a thread about something completely different. Start a new thread and please be more specific about your problem. What do you mean by "my tsu-6000 and my disk broke in half"? If you are simply asking about how to program your 6000, start by reading the FAQ.

Or start a thread "need TSU6000 programmer in Plattsburgh, New York."
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
