Hi, recently installed the Spacer System dimmer on my living room and downloaded the IR codes into my PRONTO. When I press and hold either scene button, it jumps to the scene light level set on the Dimmer out of the box and does not flash the leds as it's suppose to happen. All other commands work, like the master dimm/bright and all off.
Any idea as to what is happening?
Is there any special setting on the Pronto in order for the spacer dimmer to recognize that I want to set a scene, that is, continuasly sending an IR for a few seconds?

Your codes that you have are incomplete, the IR string that you have recorded into your Pronto are to short and this will casue the dimmer to see one only a few repeats. If you need the proper codes, please email me and I will happily forward them to you.

Glen, thanks for you reply. I was able to borrowed the original Lutron 4-scene remote control and learned it's IR codes into my Pronto. Now it works perfectly.

regards
