I do not suppose anyone has already made a base CCF for Pioneer's Plasma display PRO-1010HD?
If not, I guess I will make one and upload it when finished.

You should first try the 710 model in the Files section. More than likely many of the codes are already there as most vendors use the same IR codeset across multiple devices of the same type (TV's for example). What you will most likely find is that the majority of the 710 codes will work. You may have a few new functions you have to learn.
