Help
Have tryed to reconfigure pronto! must confess am a conplete novice now screen is completely black !
Have tryed reseting (get a few beeps then nothing)
tryed taking batteries out as suggested in another link but no joy!
If i try to upload firm ware it says no pronto connected

Have now managed to update firm ware but still no life in pronto tryed to down load screens from on here but don't know how to get them from winzip to pronto?

Hi there I have a Universal Pronto SBC RU 890/00s and same my screen is completely blank chaged the batterys as well and tried resetting but it just beeps and still nothing the back light works, but there is nothing to display so a lot of fun please do repply to this if you know any thing on how to mend this. thank you very much.
