Can i make a password protected menus for prontopro 970.

lets say i want to have tv station programmed in
the machine, and a category for example "kids, movies , sport, music .

can i then passsword protected the movies category so my kids not can use that menu.
And if how ?

Not exactly a password. But a number of "jumps" to that page which you would make hidden in PE4.05

This is so that the kids wouldn't just scroll to that panel. They would need to go through a couple of panels to get to it.

there is no easy way (i.e. you got to build it) but make a device called PIN (for example) then you hide everything in that device. for a PIN of 221 you will make an error panel that has only delays, then make a panel with all the hidden stuff, then you make a panel#3 and you make all buttons jump to the error panel except for button#1 that jumps to the hidden stuff. You then make make a panel#2 and you make all buttons jump to the error panel except for button#2 that jumps to panel#3. You then make make a panel#1 and you make all buttons jump to the error panel except for button#2 that jumps to panel#2.

you can opbviously go fancier (i.e. add an enter button, display the numbers entered , display ***** for the number of digits entered....)
