Hi everyone,

I just bought a new Pronto TSU3000 and I'm setting up my custom menu. For some reason when I use a touch screen an IR command only gets submitted only if I push and hold a button for a long time or of I push it twice. If I program the same command to the hard button, then I don't have any problems with that command.
Also, I have a digital HD Pioneer cable box and I'm trying to find a Power On and Power off command, but for some reason all preset IR command from ProntoEdit NG work as POWER button, so I can't create a System On and System Off macro button...

Thanks!

I have no idea what the touch screen problem is that you are trying to explain. As for the power buttons look for them in the file section of this web site.

BUT!!

In the file section for the NG remotes, and also post this thread in the ProntoNG forum as well. As they will be able to help you out more than we can here.

Thanks Rob.
Problem that I'm having with my touchscreen it very strange. Lets say I'm using my remote control DVD, so I have forward IR command programmed into both, on screen button and as well as regular CH up button on the actual remote. So, when I use touch screen, i ether have to push and hold the button or push it twice, otherwise remote does not send the IR command, however it does beep... which mean button gets activated. If I use CH up button on the actual remote, then command gets executed without any problems...
Any ideas? Maybe I need to add some kind of delay?

thanks!

You are in the wrong forum. You should be posting this in the Pronto NG forum.
