Hello,

I need some help with Supernudelist.

Can anyone spell out the steps to setting up a Kenwood CD jukebox with it?

I am using a Kenwood CD425M 200 disc player, with the Netname software. I have it in my ccf file.

What I need to know, is what steps to take to run supernudelist.

Can I directly import the data from my netnamer directory (and if so, which file, and where is it), and if not, what do I have to do to "massage" it.

Is there anything else I should know?

Thanks for your help!

Joe

Dr Joe,

Probably No to the NetNamer Import.

Please post future questions to the SuperNudelist support thread, conveniently moved to Page 1 of this forum with a "bump".

Please read the Jump-Start document as it explains the general concepts behind SNL and "should" be enough to get you started. Jump-Start was supplied with Version 2.0.0.6a and can be downloaded from the Files Section.

Set up a Player to reference your Kenwood changer using "Hooks" device below. Then take a crack at setting up a simple List with a couple of discs.

The Hooks CCF I provided with 2.0.0.6a has a Device built specifically for Kenwood changers containing IR Code buttons for all the required SNL Player Entries necessary to operate a Kenwood changer. (Buttons your SNL player references). FYI, this device was supplied by "Boobie" (below).

If you still can't figure it out...

"Boobie", one of my Beta Testers, uses Kenwoods exclusively and may be able to give you some tips. Look up his profile and email him as he can more than likely get you up and running pretty quickly.

Remember, please post future questions to the SNL support thread as both "Boobie" and myself monitor this thread pretty much on a daily basis.

As your question refers to getting started, I know it has not been answered before and is really specific to your setup.

However, I like to have general and frequently asked questions posted to one thread for all to see.

Lyndel
