Hi I was looking at them in the files section of this site. Does anyone know of another site where I might find some more complete system setup files (full color CCF files full of devices, macros, buttons and bitmaps)
Thanks :)

There are 117 complete color system CCF files. Where exactly are YOU looking?

Looked through them on this site, they are great, I was trying to see if one had the same components as I have. I think I can make changes to the ones already posted though right? I'm somewhat challenged when it comes to programming my Pronto myself, I guess I could give it a shot though.

I do programming as part of my living. One of the frustrations is that no matter how hard we try, everybody's system is just slightly different from everybody else's. Until we take over and create a controlled economy, but I don't see that happening this year.
So you'll have to learn how to take different parts of different systems, delete the components you don't want, assemble the whole mess, then attach the strings and pulleys that make multiple things happen when you want them to.
Sorry.
But it seems, at least to most of us, to be fun and sometimes even gratifying.

IMHO,
You should shift your thinking a bit. What you should be looking for is a look and feel you like that has the "types" of components you want. The look and feel as well as page transitions, etc are what really make the remote. Not the code functionality. You should focus on how operation flows and not what codes do I need to control all my devices. For example, early on I programmed a DVD Device and put in a 'Keypad' page. In the last 3 years, I can't remember the last time I actually used the page. I don't need to as my I use SuperNudelist to control 2 DVD changers and never have to use the Keypad to enter a disc number.
This is a prime example of what I'm speaking of. To get up and running quickly, I added the keypad because I thought I might need it. (Better 2 be safe than sorry). However, after 2 years, I have not touched the damned thing.
I know this stuff can be intimidating at first. For starters, I think you might want to take a look at Dale Crawford's Easy Theatre CCF available on this site. It has every device under the sun built into it. It may be overkill for what you want but Dale has a magical way of organizing panels and doing good UI flows.
Once you have a CCF that flows well, the easy thing to do is create hidden panels with buttons for your IR codes (Dale already has them there in Easy Theatre).
Then, all you have to do is either Shift-Drag from your IR Buttons to the GUI buttons in the CCF you downloaded. Better yet, open each button such as Play/Pause/Stop, etc... and alias them to your IR buttons.
If you would like theory and methodology without having to read quite a few posts on this site, I suggest the Ultimate Pronto Guide (advertised on this site). I believe it targets the TSU3000 and/or TSU7000, but the same theories apply.
