I am a new user. I am trying to download a configuration file from Pronto ProEdit NG to the
TSU7000. I already Uploaded the default configuration,then I customized entry-4(pcf.) file
for my home theater. But when I download to remote
I get a message Download failed. I am running
V 3.0.42.3 What's wrong

Try 'waking up' your remote by tapping the screen before downloading to it.

I've found that pressing the reset button under the battery cover can help "wake" the pronto. (TSU3000, but may also help the 7000)
