I managed to find the codes for the 6000, but not the 7000. How can I convert them from one file to the other? I have tried cut/paste and I do not know what else to try, any suggestions?

All 1000/2000/6000 codes should migrate to the 7000, except those that start with "7000" and some internal database codes.
