hi, i have an rc 5000i and everything from it has vanished, all codes layouts everything. i get a home page can select add device but the only option is copy existing device, i have tried reseting it via the button on the back but nothing,has anyone out there who has one backed up the orional factory files or can someone point me to where i can get them and to a guide on how to put them back as i have never done anything with it before. please help!!!!

The original ccf is available on the software (Touch Screen Setup), it's named "default.ccf" -- you can download it to the remote. The software is available in the files area. Jim L
