My TSU2000 must have rebooted at some time when I was not around and is now locked on the Calibration screen. The latest firmware is installed and the same for ProntoEdit. I am able to communicate with the device, i.e. load and reload the firmware, reload the CCF file, etc., but nothing will reset the device. Yes, I have pressed the reset button MANY times.
Is there another way to reboot this device? I have left the batteries our for 2 days which has had no effect on the problem. Have tried different batteries as well. Done everything except tearing it apart to check connection or install a new screen - which I have.
Hoping that there is a "mystical" reboot that might solve the problem.
Help! HELP! :-)

When you reload the firmware what happens on the Pronto?

Are you sure the problem isn't that you just aren't calibrating it right? You need to use a fine-point instrument like the tip of a pen or a stylus.

Hi,
It reboots to the calibration screen. That's all. The only screen I can get is the calibration screen.
