does anyone offer a service whereby they will do the programming for an ru 940 for about 4 remotes. also why do you think my prontowill not learn any codes at all??

Are you trying to learn from the correct end of your Pronto i.e. the bottom end.

Make sure you have selected learn mode. I forget to sometimes. I`m in south london if you need some help.
