I have had two TS1000's for about five years. I have had no problems. Awhile ago I was going to create a new macro group. It said do you want to create a new macro group with five blank buttons. I says yes and it creates a new macro group. The problem is that it is empty. There are no five blank buttons. I tried this with both units with the same result.

Your input would be appreciated.

Is it YOUR ccf, or the factory ccf????

If it's your ccf, then there is your problem right there. The factory's ccf contains "blank" panels for times like this.

What you need to do is make the macro group in the ccf via prontoedit 4.05

Or either copy one of your groups, then reprogram the buttons to do what you want to do. (This is just a guess)

Thanks for your reply. I have the first version of Pronyoedit. I have never used it because the unit did everything I wanted without useing Prontoedit. I guess I will have to download the latest edition.

Well, Since he describes adding macro groups, I would assume hes doing it all on the remote...... Macro Groups arent even commonly used once you graduate to ProntoEditing your Remote...

If I remeber correctly, the reason they dont show up is that they are there, but Empty..... Once you go into EDIT MACRO, they will show up.
