My docking station stopped charging the battery for my RC5200. The voltage AC adaptor just before it enters the DS is about 15 volts. The output voltage across the DS at the two end leads is 5.7 volts. I cannot tell if the DS is operating properly because I don't know how much voltage is supposed to be across these two leads. Is the output voltage too low? The battery pack carries a voltage of 4.7 volts. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Thanks

Could someone who owns an RC5200 or an RC5400 measure the output voltage of the docking station. I am assuming that that RC5400 DS is the same as the RC5200. If this is true, you will see 2 pins on one of the ends located on the DS that connects to the remote. Could you measure the voltage across the 2 pins and let me know your voltage?

Thanks

Thanks Impaqt! Although that is not answer I wanted to hear because it means there is something wrong with my DS. Do you have a RC5200 also? I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

HELP! I seem to have the same problem on my Pronto Pro 970. The green lights are on 'low' but the remote won't charge and the voltage seems low.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was wondering exactly how simply the docking stations are for the ProntoPro and what parts are inside as mine won't charge anymore
