My pronto refuses to learn IR codes from my remotes.
I've loaded and the reloaded the latest Sys and App and I'm using Version 4 of ProntoEdit.
I can upload and download the configuration into my Pronto so the serial connections must be OK.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

The most common cause for this is that you end p pointing the remotes in the wrong direction. the head of the OEM remote needs to point at the tail of the Pronto (i.e. you should be able to read the buttons on the Pronto and the buttons on the OEM remote).

Gee, I'm embarassed. I haven't needed to do any programming on my Pronto for 3 years. I forgot the IR receive port is on the bottom. Thanks for getting me back on track. It's working fine. Duh.
