Hello,

I temporarily got a hold of a Pronto TS-1000 so I could download the Signature 2.0 file to it, and learn it to my MX-700. Unfortunately, that file only seems to have some of the basic peripheral controls...that I can get from MX Editor. Does anyone have a complete file, expecially the direct access tuner and memory controls so I can save those? Without these codes I can't get the Signature 2.0 to fully operate. Thanks for your help.

Where did you get this file from?

Here's a little test. Open it in pronto edit as a tsu-2000. Open a button that didn't work on the ts-1000. Double click on the "ir code" in the action list. If every thing on the left is selected, manufactor, model and code set. Then that means that the ir code can only work with a pronto that has the data base.

If that is the case, then I might be able to download the file, learn the codes to another learning remote that I have. And send the ccf with the learned ir codes to you.

Rob,

I got the file right from this site in the file archives. The one I got worked...it just didn't have all the codes for the functions I need (he was using another tuner). I pretty much got everything accept some direct access buttons and tuner/memory control. I also downloaded some files for other HK components hoping there might be some crossovers. I've also been able to download from different Pronto models (TS-2000 and others)...so that doesn't seem to be a problem. If you've got a Signature 2.0 remote, I would greatly appreciate anything you can do. You can either put in on the site here, or email it to me at this address: [email protected]. Thanks for your help.

You can use codes for a Pronto 2000.

Peter,

The Signature 2.0 file I originally downloaded was from a TS-1000, but I also downloaded some complete system files from other manufaturers and different Pronto remotes...and they all loaded. In fact, I downloaded a TS-2000 for a Lexicon, and it worked fine with mine. I also downloaded a file from a Marantz RC5200 and a ProntoPro, so as long as the file isn't too big, the TS-1000 will download it. The graphics and artwork all downloaded with no problems. That's why if anyone has an HK Signaure 2.0, I'd appreciate if someone could upload some of the more obscure functions...even if it isn't from a TS-1000. Thanks

-Chris

Don't you have access to the original remote to learn these codes (or aren't they on the remote)?

Peter,

Unfortunatley, no. I bought it from Ebay and it was sold with no remote. I've tried every HK system file in MX Editor...and now here, and still nothing. I've got most of it down but I would like to get the tuner presets and memories to make life a little easier. Some direct access to surround modes would be nice, too. If anyone out there comes across one, please let me know. Thanks.

I am in need of these exact codes that you are looking for. Did you ever have any luck?
