I just got my TSU6000. First thing I did was upgrade the firmware. Most of my components were in the database but not everything work the way I wanted so I began to use the learn feature. But no matter what button I try to teach and no matter what remote I use, the Pronto fails everyt time. I tried putting the remotes close, far, in the dark, but I haven't been able to get one thing to learn at all. Am I missing something or is my Pronto defective? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You didnt mention how you are orenting the remotes, but if nothing is working, I would bet your usung the typical "Head to Head" conficuration.

In the Immortal words of Star50...

"OEM Head" to "Proto Butt"
