Does anyone know of a version of ProntoEdit that will work with any version of linux? It's the only thing stopping me from leaving Microsoft products.

You could try using Tonto instead of PE. It can be downloaded here: [Link: giantlaser.com].

Greg,

I do all Tonto development under RedHat Linux. Use IBM's 1.3 JVM and all is good. Their 1.4 JVM is actually slower. All of Sun's JVM's just plain suck.
