I have a TSU2000/01. I have updated to the latest firmware and am using PE 4.05. I tried to download a modified configuration of my current ccf. I elect to overwrite current configuration and after some communication with the 2000 PE gives me an error: Error downloading configuration into RC device.
Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem. What others suggested to do was to "wake up" the device before downloading. Tap the screen to turn the remote on just before downloading is beginning.

Thank you so much. I had the same problem with my Pronto (890 version) and your tip solved it. I had been tearing my hair out: thought I'd scrambled the remote's brain.
