Jack, It's obvious how much time and effort you are putting into making the Pronto the best U-remote. I'm sorry I didn't buy mine from you at Metrosound. I stick with sources that give excellent support, and so far yours has been unbelieveable.

Another thread (in IRIQ) referred to Pronto Edit as available now. Is this wishful thinking or am I looking in all the wrong places?

My Pronto arrives tomorrow. should I start programming, or wait for Edit to do anything more than tinker with it.

I'd tinker for a day or two as getting to know Pronto before really turning on the afterburners will be beneficial. There's also nothing lost as you'll be able to upload anything you've done once you have software.
I should have clearer (hopefully crystal) on Thursday at CES and will post as I know.
So, get tinkering and enjoy.
