Welcome to the Dawn of a New Era,

SuperNudelist (SNL) , a wonderful program originally written by Leo Davidson, has gone through a severe wardrobe change by me, all with Leo's Approval.

*** Legacy SuperNudelist History Available At: ***

Basic Summary of New Features
===========================================
Full Color Text and Image Support
Configure font sizes and colors individually.
Buttons can now have a pressed and unpressed image.
Large Screen Support for the Marantz RC5200/9200, Pronto NG remotes, and NetRemote.
Kenwood DVD Changer Support.

Includes Full HTML and MS Word documentation and tutorials.

If you have questions or problems, please post to this thread as it will be monitored by me and some of the Beta Testers as the functionality is so robust, you are bound to have questions.

It was a labor of love for all Beta Testers and myself, who are all users of the program.

We sincerely hope you enjoy!

Regards,
Lyndel McGee

Just a public word of THANKS to you Lyndel, for your superb efforts in very sigificantly improving the SNL program in multiple ways, including for use with the Marantz remotes, and color remotes in general.

Your work is OUTSTANDING, and I am certain anyone trying your 2.0 version will immediately see this.

That’s great Lyndel, I'm glad to see someone take this great program to a new level. just a suggestion for a more configurable and less editing after compiling is to add the capability of (or remove should I say) all Track #10 to have a separate configuration, as the Sony Mega Changers only want the 10/0 button for the #10 track instead of +10 then 0/10 which is what happens now. This is essential if you break down the disc to the Track's. Also a customizable Alphabet page would be nice, thanks to your "Track" code my SNL Jukebox works wonderfully, but I have to go through my entire list and remove all the +10 on every track #10 then reconfigure the Alphabet page to add a Program, Clear, and Check button. Another neat thing is to add Make all the Favorites list work so that it will program the entire disk but the nifty Track command needs to be replaced with the Enter Command since you cannot have one set of codes on the Favorites list and another set of commands on the Main list. Anaway even if none of this ever gets done I’m still very greatfull for the continued development of this very useful program.

Mike,

Please shoot me an email with your phone # in Fort Worth. I'm open to discussing enhancements. With the holidays coming up, I'm not sure what I might be able to squeeze in.

I need to fully understand your post above. Shoot me a CCF and the we can talk.

Lyndel.

Am I missing something? I don't see the download anywhere, and I'd really like to get this and try it out.

Thanks.

Brian: the posting on this site of files is a manual process (i.e. Daniel has to go through the files he receives and then update the site....) this takes some time, and he tends to do them in small batches

Hello,
i know Daniel have a lot of work, but maybe, Lyndel or Leo can upload it on the official site of SNL ([Link: theheartofthecorporatebeast.com]) and we can download it now and play with it at the moment :-)
sincerely,
Jake.

Where is it? I can't wait. Can I put and use CD cover art in database?
A kid drove his heel through the display on my old 1000 and I think I need the prontopro.

At this point Leo has declined to host the new version on his site, this could change in the future.

Mike Keith
As one of the beta testers, is there something I can do to help, I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

David Garing
Currently there is no support for cover art in the program, it generates pages of lists of titles and artists 9-12 per page depending on remote type and options.

All

Leo has agreed to host the version but is unavailable for SNL support at the moment. I originally wanted to release this version through Leo, however, with his current workload, he suggested that I post it here.

For those of you who did not read the first message of this thread in its entirety, here goes...

=======================================================
As of 11/21/2002, this version has been posted to this site but HAS NOT yet appeared in the Files Section.
=======================================================

A bit of warning, the new version has some very complex and advanced features. You WILL want to read the doc in its entirety before using the new version.

Jake

LOL You've waited this long for the Color Version so...
What's a few more days?

Mike

I got your email. I'm out of pocket tonight but will try and give you a call on Wednesday evening.

Thanks,
Lyndel

Will this latest version install over any current version already on my computer or will this be a fresh install?

Hi

The release has an executable that you can just use to replace your current SuperNudelist.exe file. Please read the docs as you might be required to rename some folders or graphics depending on how you will be configuring your setup.

Lyndel, I may be missing something, but what do you mean by "Kenwood DVD Changer Support"? I have no problems with my Kenwood DVD changer under the existing version. Could you elaborate.
