Is there a color Pronto in the near future?

Sandy,
I would suspect that a color Pronto is not on the drawing boards yet for a couple of reasons:
1) The cost of a color touchscreen
2) The power consumption of same
3) The mono version is still very new and is not yet in widespread distribution(world).
I'm sure it's possible although probably some time off yet, if at all.

Just to expand an educated guess, but Philips has decided NOT include a color screen on their Windows CE handheld, the Velo, due to cost & power consumption as mentioned by Jack. Until both concerns are remedied it's impractical to use color.
