I just picked up my pronto yesterday. I attempted to select TV and it would flash over to the TV commands, but then without my touching the screen it would go back to the main menu. Also the touch screen wasn't as responsive as I had hoped. I suspected it might have been the batteries, but I chraged it on the docking station over night and the problems although not as frequent were still there. What gives? Anyone else have this problem? thanks

On the touchscreen responsiveness, intitially I thought it seemed under-responsive as well, but i was trying to operate it using more of the 'pad' of my finger and probably too much pressure. I switched to using the very tip of my finger, mostly fingernail, with a quick light tap. Hasn't missed a beat at all. i can't comment on your menu problems, is this occuring after you've customized it?
