I recently received my Pronto and have had a blast programming it. Not only is it tremendously functional and a fantastic value (compared to products from AMX, Lexicon, Crestron), but it has completely won over my wife. She used to complain bitterly about the remotes littering our coffee table and how non-intuitive they were. Then last night while eating out with friends she showered compliments on my new "gadget", saying how easy it is to operate my other "gadgets". This is a great product.

Joel,
I couldn't agree more. I picked this remote up at a local dealer this past weekend. It was a breeze to program and works great. I also have an RC2000 Mk I and in over a year never did finish programming it. I used the RC2000 for Turn On and Turn Off macros only. Then used the individual remotes for everything else. I have put all my other remotes away. The macro capability is great and easy to setup as well. I have a macro for practically everything. Anybody need another RC2000? If it meets spouse approval it has got to be great!
