Does anyone know where I might purchase the Total Remote (including the ir/audio dongle)??? I have thus far been unsuccessful in my web searches.
Follow up question:
Is there a better product out there these days that accomplishes the same thing?

What handheld do you own? Check the possible distance with it here [Link: novii.tv] - maybe noviiremote Deluxe will be a good choice for you.
In regard to Total Remote, the company stopped supporting this product thus TR may be a waste of your money.
