Okay, so I picked up a standard IR receiver off of Ebay for my Vista PC, and the stock drivers installed just fine. But I'm noticing that the receiver is really sensitive, to the point where regular bright light is making the LED fire off in some cases.

Does anyone know if IR sensitivity is adjustable somewhere within the OS, or if an app exists to help with that?

Thanks much!

I'm not aware of anything like that... you could try putting some tape directly over the IR eye?
