It's called the URC-9811, anyone know if it has an upto date library? There was a mention of a HT PRO line in the CEDIA video, so does this belong to the old line or new?

That's an old one.

The new desing was shown at Cedia. Looks like the OFA 8910.

That's just a URC-8810 or URC-9810 (most likely the URC-9810 based on the URC-9811 model number). It's just re-packaged for CEDIA. AFAIK the insides are exactly the same as the 8810/9810, which means it's code library dates from 1998 or 1999, I forget which.
