My Cinema7 manual lists 0503 for Zenith DVDs.

Now you know why preprogrammed universal remotes will always end up disappointing. Manufacturers can't resist "fixing" designs when they aren't broken.
Now you also know why I own a pronto. It is like Mikey, the Life Cereal kid... It'll eat anything.
