Actually Radio Shack Canada's online catalogue doesn't help much... they only list the 15-1990 and 15-1993.

I just picked one up here in Toronto yesterday for $39.99 Canadian. I Got it working fairly quickly for my Sony TV, RCA VCR, Yamaha Cassette Deck, and Harmon/Kardon Amp, but my JVC DVD and Yamaha TX-492 Tuner are only partly working so far.....

Just got mine in Canada for $39.00 too...
which is actually a pretty good price compared to
U.S. dollars right now - it's less than the U.S.
sale price of $30 - considering the current 1.5 exchange rate...
Best $40.00 I've spent on A/V equipment...
