I'm not familiar with that model of OFA remote, but you should be able to work your VCR at least. I would suggest trying the following three codes first: 1062, 1162 and 1262. They are all basically the same code but with different key layouts, you'll probably find that all three of them give you the basic functions, but try all the buttons to see which is the best fit. If those codes are not in your remote, you can try these two codes: 0162 and 0454. You should get most of the basic functions from the 0162 code, and some extra functions from 0454. You can use advanced codes or key moves to combine the two device codes onto one device button.
(If your remote uses 3 digit device codes, try 162 and 454).
