I've been to Walmart, Target, AAFES, Radio Shack, Best Buy, and sereval others that sell the Cinema 7 (or a remake thereof) and/or Producer® 8. Several online malls or specialty stores. The only place I can find it is the One-For-All company, and $60 plus shipping does not seem to be a thrifty price for the URC-7070. My Gemini Smart15 has slowly gone the way of all good things, but had me spoiled with it's 8 dedicated program/learning keys. I could settle for 6, but the 4 on the Cinema 7 just doesn't cut the mustard. (I'd be happy if I could find who bought out Gemini, but I think we could all make a good guess.)

While there are only 4 marked L keys on the cinema7, almost any key (except SLEEP, SETUP, and the device keys) can learn commands.
