Has any one had any luck with this? I cann't even get it to learn the power on button.

I've never been able to get my Cinema 7 to learn the commands for my Sony Minidisc. Everyone I've asked has said that the Cinema 7 does not have minidisc capability. A real bummer since that is the only component that the C7 will not control for me.

I set my sony 630 minidisc up on the C7s AUX key as 0490 (cd player, I think). All the functions work as planned, including the record button, but for safety's sake, you have to hit it twice. Hope this helps.
