I am going crazy with having too many remotes in our apartment. I am also going crazy with trying to figure out which on to purchase. I wanted to get an all-in-one remote. I am torn between the Cinema 7 One For All and the Radio Shack 15-1994. I have been to the wonderfully helpful http://www.hifi-remote.com/, searched this site, but still wanted to get additional feedback on these two remotes, or others that I may have missed. How about the Sony RM-VL900 Remote Control? I did not wish to spend more than $50-70, because I have a little home wrecker. I have a one-year who loves remotes, so sturdiness is important. I also like a 15-1994 lighted key feature.

I think you'd be fine with either remote, but I would recommend the 15-1994 because it has a much better design, in my opinion. If you can wait until December to buy it, it should go back on sale then and will only cost $30, right now it costs $40.

I think you will find device codes for all of the devices that you mention, here are my guesses as to the codes:
