I want to control my Sony STR DE945 Receiver with my Radio Shack 15-1994.

I want to put the Receiver on AUX 1 key of remote.

I have tried the following code that will control basic power & input selection but it will not control the volume:

0158

Any suggestions? I have searched the forum and several web sites devoted to the 1-4-all & RS remotes as well.

There is another code that works on a number of Sony receivers: 1059.

Typo fix, that's 0159, not 1059. I have a full list of advanced codes listed under 0158 that includes the 0159 codes. If you don't know how to program advanced codes, check the advanced code section of the site, if you don't know how to combine codes from two different devices, check the Tips section.
