Hey, just bought one of these new remotes and love it. I did pay a steep price for it though, $399! I need help though, after adding a certain amount of macros and learned keys to the remote, the remote said that "the memory is compacting, may take a few seconds" so the remote beeped on and froze up for several minutes until I took the batteries out and lost all of the information I had stored in the remote!
This seemed to happen after the memory dropped below 50%. My review of the remote, however, is overall pretty good. The features are great and the remote is pretty easy to use. The negative things I see about the remote is its price and its slow processor. So if anyone can help with this problem please let me know.
