My Cinema 7 (URC 7800) has learned almost all of the codes for the new DirecTV w/ TiVo receiver. I ran out of memory (dang!) however for learning the number keys. Has anyone discovered a device code that will work the number keys on this puppy?

Where did you get the advanced codes for the DirecTivo? I have the same receiver and have not been able to find the codes. Thanks.

Gary,

I don't have any advanced codes (but boy I wish I did).

Here's my situation:

The Cinema 7 can learn up to 28 new commands. I had the phillips remote teach the Cinema 7 everything but the numeric keypad. While this seems odd, it actually works since I tend not to watch live TV with TiVo. In other words I don't need to channel surf. By omitting the number keys, I was able to just learn all the other remote keys (24 I think). If I could get the last 10 (number keys) it would be perfect, but alas, it isn't so. However, if there was a device code that would activate the number keys, I'm saved. I don't think there is one but you never know.

There aren't any device codes for TiVo or ReplayTV in the Cinema 7 remotes. These codes can be added (via upgrade) to the Producer 8 remotes and they will come as standard in any new remotes that OFA brings out, including the new URC-8780 due out next month.

As I suspected (Drat, dang and darn!). What's a URC-8780?
