I have one of the one for all remotes and i can get my RCA satellite channels to move down but the channels will NOT move up. Also some numbers it will not recognize (RCA Sat.) e.g. 1,5,etc.. PLEASE HELP..

I had the same problem with my URC-8090. (no odd numbers or up)
My URC 9800 worked fine.
You need to have your remote updated, by Universal Electronics.
That's what I did, then code 392 for the RCA 5th gen sat. worked fine for me.
