I have two URC 9800 remotes. After a few days of use the backlighting stopped working. Has anybody had this problem? I press the button and nothing happens =/
I emailed OFA and have not gotten a response yet =(

Nobody else has had this problem? OFA contacted me back and set me up with a UPS call tag and RMA # for the remotes. They did not comment on if it was common problem or not =/
Soon to be backlit again...

Yes, it's been mentioned before... sometimes taking the remote apart and putting it back together fixes it, but as long as it's under warranty it's best to get a replacement.
